    • Orders for regular items only: Orders will be shipped within 5 business days after payment is received.
    • Orders containing pre-ordered items: Orders will be shipped within 5 business days after the pre-ordered items are received. Please refer to each product page for the available shipping time.
    • Delivery method: We will deliver the product by international courier.

  • About returns, defective products and cancellations：
      Order cancellations will be accepted if you contact us before the product shipping process. We cannot accept cancellation of only some products. We are sorry, but we cannot accept returns for the convenience of the customer. We ask for your understanding in advance. If you receive a defective product or a product that is different from the one you ordered, we will replace it as soon as possible. If we do not have the item in stock, we will refund you.
